I can't say enough good things about Pilot! When we were looking for an upgrade to gigabit fiber, all the other symmetrical options were at least double what Pilot was offering and required a lengthy contract. Pilot uptime has been close to 100% and the few outages that occurred were quickly resolved within a short time of being reported. All planned maintenance is always given early notification and is usually set to occur outside normal business hours.
