# Configuring the WAN port on the Netgear FVS318G with a dynamic IP

**Step 1**  
Click on Network Configuration

**Step 2**  
Under Internet (IP) Address, click on the radio button next to Get Dynamically from ISP

**Step 3**  
Under Domain Name Server (DNS) Servers, click on the radio button next to Get Automatically from ISP

**Step 4**  
Click Apply to save your settings
